As told to their teacher - Mrs. Preheim

The Armour Kindergarten Class would like to give you a few pointers on how to prepare your Thanksgiving turkey and they had some ideas of what else they would like to eat at their feast.  Enjoy!

“Grandpa goes hunting in the forest for Wild Turkeys or Ring-necked Pheasants.  He peels the skin off and he goes home and gets ready cook it.  Uncle Austin puts bacon and ham on top.  Then he puts strawberry sprinkles and ketchup on it too.  Then it goes on the stove for 20 minutes.

We will eat it with bananas, apples, hot dog buns, lettuce salad, and cheese pizza.  For dessert, we will have chocolate chip cookies.”

We will get our turkey from the kitchen.  First, dad puts the turkey in a pan.  Then he sprinkles sugar on it and puts it in the oven for 10 minutes.

We will also eat bananas, buns, cheese pizza, fish, and for dessert I’d like to have chocolate chip bars.”
