| Arbor Day is "tree day" and we have been studying trees for a week. Today Jessica from the Douglas County Extension Office brought each kindergartner a Black Hill's Spruce tree {our SD state tree} and a coloring book about soil. This is a tradition for each kindergartner in the county to receive a tree. This year the kindergarten teachers all received a Hydranga Bush! Wow! That was very, very nice! |
